DON PRYSI

PRESIDENT

Meet Don Prysi, President & COO. Don has been a member of Indy Honeycomb since 2007 and a shareholder since 2012.

Don graduated from Thomas More University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and is currently working on his MBA. He has a background in aviation maintenance technologies and is a certified six sigma green belt.

Don began his manufacturing career learning best practices of a worldclass company at Rockwell Collins, a global avionics manufacturer. He continued his journey at Indy as an engineering assistant, operations manager, vice president, and now President.

As President, Don develops and executes the mission and vision of the team. He manages the senior staff and overseas the daily operations.

Outside of work, Don is a devoted husband and father of two active children. He enjoys supporting their activities, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Don is a Kentucky Colonel and veteran of the Marine Corps as well as the Kentucky National Guard where he served as an intelligence officer for an Aviation Support Battalion.
