Meet Jen Gair, Human Resources Generalist
With nearly a decade of experience in Human Resources across the Manufacturing and Transit industries, Jen is passionate about supporting employees and creating a positive workplace culture. Her focus is on building strong relationships, driving employee engagement, and fostering a supportive environment where people feel valued and heard. In her role, she facilitates full-cycle recruiting and hiring, leads onboarding and orientation efforts, and manages HR systems and records. She also provides ongoing HR support, and employee documentation, and coordinates employee events that bring teams together. A lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, you’ll often find her at Cincinnati Reds games or enjoying live music at local concerts.
